Mr. Indra B. Gurung
Mr. Indra B. Gurung is a CEO and Chief Coach at Visionary International Pvt. Ltd. He is Chairperson of the Psychology Commission at the Nepal Olympic Committee and the National Representative of Nepal to Asian South-Pacific Association of Sport Psychology (ASPASP). He is also an advisor to the Board of Council of Gandaki Pradesh Sports Council.
Mr. Gurung is a Master Consciousness Coach; a certified Master Trainer of Neuro Linguistic Psychology from International Coach and Trainer Association (ICTA) and Akasha Coaching Alliance (ACA) –Europe; Full Certified Trainer & Initiator of Akasha Healing System; a certified Fire Walk Instructor & Outdoor Team Building Facilitator from United Kingdom; Diploma in BOD Leadership from Sri Lanka; Certified Consultant of Barrett Values Center and OI Practitioner from United States of America & Practitioner of Sports Culture & Psychology from Republic of Korea. He is appointed Ambassador of the “Humans of our World.”
He is a PhD Scholar and holds Master in Business Administration, who is founder of Visionary International Pvt. Ltd., Akasha Wellness Studio, Hug & Heal, Soulful Nature Walk and Transformation Leadership Boot Camp. He serves as CEO and Chief Coach at Visionary International Pvt. Ltd; Chair of Psychology Commission at Nepal Olympic Committee and Executive Coach to dozens of CEOs.
Mr. Gurung has extensively travelled to speak and train around the world from Nepal to India, United Kingdom, United States of America, Bhutan, Hongkong, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, China, Bangladesh, South Korea and Africa.
Mr. Gurung along with his NOC team has been instrumental and great significance of higher performance, and mental wellbeing to the athletes, coaches and sports fraternity in various events from Gold Medal Achievement at 12th SAF Games (Football) after 23 years in Guwahati, India, in 2016; 13th SAF Games Medal Tally to 2nd Place; Asian Games Preparation, Olympic 2020 Games Preparation, Military Olympics Games, Tribhuvan Army Club, Gandaki Sports Council and Nepal Sports Council.
He believes in “Mind over Matters.” and Peak Performance. He is an executive coach to many CEOs and Senior Executives for their peak performance. He has coached and trained over 5,50,000 participants. He has Trained, coached and supported for Peak Performance and mental well-being to over 35,000 people during Massive Earthquake in 2015 and over 45,000 people during COVID-19 Pandemic directly. He has been instrumental to over 100’s of organizational Transformation.

Ms. Rajeshwori Shrestha Gurung
Mrs. Rajeshwori Shrestha Gurung is the Chairperson and Master Healer at Visionary International Pvt. Ltd. She is an executive member of Psychology Commission at Nepal Olympic Committee.
She is a Master Healer and Psychology Counselor; a certified Master Trainer of Neuro Linguistic Psychology from International Coach and Trainer Association (ICTA) and Akasha Coaching Alliance (ACA) –Europe; Full Certified Trainer & Initiator of Akasha Healing System; a certified Family Therapist & Practitioner of CBT and Sports Culture & Psychology from Republic of Korea. She is appointed Ambassador of the “Happiness Circle.”
She is a PhD Scholar and holds Master in Clinical Psychology, who is co-founder of Visionary International Pvt. Ltd., Akasha Wellness Studio, Hug & Heal, Soulful Nature Walk and Transformation Leadership Boot Camp.
